Winter rent explained: From booking to return
Have you decided to rent your winter clothing for your Lapland trip, but are unsure how to do it without extra hassle? Let us help you! We have made our renting process as effortless as possible and now we want to provide you with this guide to make it even easier for you.
Rent winter wear - where to start?
The trip has been booked and all that is missing are the right clothes for the Nordic weather. You might have even done some research on what to wear and how to rent responsibly. From us you can rent a LuxJa bundle that features our best clothes all-in-one or pick and choose which clothes you need. We also offer some additional gear just in case you need them!
Booking made easy
You can book directly from our online store at www.luxjashop.com, or send a reservation inquiry via email on your selected dates and number of guests. If you choose to rent through our online store, you have to choose which clothes you want to rent and select dates for rentals from the calendar. While choosing your clothing, we provide a size-chart to help you choose the right size. We’ll take care of the rest to ensure a smooth and effortless experience.
We offer free delivery in Levi, Kittilä, and Ylläs
Once you have booked your clothing and gear, we deliver the premium products directly to your accommodation. We will ensure that everything fits perfectly. In case something doesn’t fit or gets dirty during your adventures, we’ll be there to replace any items.
The delivery is free in Levi, since our storage is located there. If you need your clothing delivered to Ylläs or Äkäslompolo the delivery/pick-up fee in total is 45€.
After the adventure
After your arctic adventure, we take care of everything, including picking up the gear from your accommodation. This way we keep the process as simple and hassle-free as possible for you. All you have to do is focus on making memorable experiences during your stay in Lapland!
Cancellation policy
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the start of your stay. Cancellations should be made via email provided in the confirmation.
